An aura of the human energy field holds a tremendous amount of information. The human subconscious expresses itself in a language of symbols and metaphors. During an aura reading, the activities of the subconscious are perceived auditory, visual and kinesthetic.
Based on the activities of the energy field, one learns what the current state of the client is. Using a special method, it is possible to interpret the images. Topics such as: profession, relationships (with partners, systems, colleagues, friends), dealing with money, mental and emotional development or being healthy take place in a kind of information flow (auditory/kinaesthetic) or video film (visual).

Everyone has the ability to perceive and interpret an aura. The participants learn “Situation Readings” – “Clearings” – “Energy Work” as well as “Self-Processing” and how to interpret their own symbolic language. The seminar works with the physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Through these energy levels, we decode “why” something is the way it is. In this part of the seminar we get to know our two inner poles – our male and our female sides – better in order to be better “on first name terms” with them. So that you can always be yourself.

Lysa’s Supervision Seminar originated as an adjunct to the training for practicing AuraReading Consultants, AuraSound Vibrational Medicine Practitioners, Kinesiologists, and any other Therapist-Healthcare Professional, or Psychological-Counselling Circle to appropriately deal with situations such as hurt , discrimination or bullying.

The fear disappears. We stop being chained to the beliefs of others…playing darling. We can choose to do something new, loving, and kind for ourselves or others and to immerse ourselves in the reality of “now.”
For many of us it is also very scary to feel so free. There is what I call a “ghost” affect.

Paradoxically, being free of the old emotional and energetic imprints can make us feel like we are giving up on ourselves. To betray the violated in us. But that’s not true.

Your (life) story will never be deleted. But neither does it need to haunt you or control your daily experiences. The characters were real. The experiences really happened. And the combination of these things has made you feel a certain way as well as creating fear and sometimes trauma. These things confirm this as your story.

The “ghost” affect means: we voluntarily rewind to the rewind again and again! So many people in their lives refuse to change characters or plot based on guilt. Blame is shame’s scary cousin. Guilt is the “ought” that fights your “wants” and leads to emotional addiction.

How is emotional addiction different from other addictions?
Emotional addiction shares many similarities with other addictions in that we have a focal point to deal with life’s difficulties. The main difference is that we attach ourselves to specific feelings to deal with or validate various fears or insecurities that we carry within. I would like to note that many of the other addictions, which are essentially coping strategies and self-sabotaging behaviors, are mostly the result of our emotional addictions.
In essence, emotional addiction is usually triggered by a pain response that we don’t want to experience cognitively, but become so used to feeling that we crave it as an unhealthy strategy in our efforts to deal with the world. These experiences also confirm certain negative beliefs we hold about our self-image.

What are some examples of emotional addictions that are helped in this seminar?
We often become addicted to pain. I realize that pain addiction sounds counter-intuitive since most of us want to be happy and healthy. But when we were younger, if we built negative beliefs about ourselves (or the world) to defend or protect the wounded parts, we continue a pattern of beliefs and behaviors that perpetuate our negative beliefs about ourselves or our lives .

This can be something like “I’m not good enough” or just feeling like we’re waiting for the other shoe to drop or thinking “I’m unlovable” and these come from past experiences when we neglected, bullied, embarrassed, or felt inferior.

The baseline that is formed is very powerful and becomes part of our emotional and energetic imprint that establishes itself as perceived truth in our full body systems. Even when we want something different for ourselves, the negative beliefs or painful memories create a repeating cycle.

How do you know if you are an emotional addict? How does that show up in your life?
The easiest way to tell if you’re an emotional addict is to recognize the repetitive or familiar feelings that haunt us in different relationships or circumstances. Sometimes this happens more in our personal relationships; Other times we notice the feelings in our workplace.

We often hear people say they attract the same type of person or dynamic. That would be a signal that there is a habitual pattern within us that needs attention. Similarly, in our friendships or at work, when we constantly struggle with authority, jealousy, inferiority, or conflicts of a repetitive nature, the pattern is often at play.

What makes us close our hearts?
Many people have an emotional addiction to loneliness. It’s a deep sense of loneliness that, although you don’t like it, feels like home. This pattern shows up in relationships of all kinds, and finding fault with others or keeping certain people at bay is a way of keeping the cycle going. Then, when you feel sort of “safe,” you don’t experience pain, but the familiar feeling of loneliness. So we see ourselves perpetuating the cycles, unknowingly creating a reality that feeds the pain (= closed heart) and instead of the healthy as well as vibrant creative connections we truly desire.

It’s uncomfortable to take responsibility for these situations, but we need to look at why we either invite people with similar characteristics to “the others” who have caused us pain, or how we sabotage situations with assumptions, actions, or reactions, stemming from our own lack of self-confidence and self-denial. We do this because we are looking for confirmation that our limited and false beliefs about ourselves are true. = Confirmation of emotional addiction and “the right” to keep our closed hearts.
Unfortunately, when we don’t have these difficult feelings and let go, these negative beliefs feel so real that we often don’t know how to be. That’s why I created this seminar, to help people create a new reality for themselves.
Let’s say a person is in a relationship with someone who has past trauma or unresolved issues. Would this seminar be good for you?

The 13 powers contain the essence of female genius. They show where you come from and where you are going. They represent a map of your human potential. The 13 forces are therefore equally important for women and men.

The 13 powers are your keys to your secure, rich, substantial future = the development of your creative potential in all situations!

The 13 forces share their respective characters and potentials on individual seminar days. Each force is thus complete in itself each day. It is therefore possible to visit individual forces (= to book individual days or seminar sections.)

 

Who are “The” 13 forces that will center you:

The Power of Nature: Learning the truth through the language and rhythms of nature.

The Power of Wisdom: Honoring the truth in which each unfolds within the framework of the life plan they bring with them.

The Power of Justice: Accepting the truth by living in self-acceptance, balance and self-determination.

The Power of the Seer: Seeing the truth by learning to understand your dreams, feelings and visions, as well as accepting and using your clairvoyance.

The power of “Tiyoweh”: Hearing the truth means arriving in inner silence, listening with the heart and becoming aware of your clairaudience.n.

The Power of the Storyteller: Speaking the truth – learning your truth and expressing it with humor without judging or lecturing others.

The Power of Love: Loving the truth means respect, trust and intimacy in all relationships. Practicing forgiveness and being a sensual lover are part of life.

The Power of Healing: Serving the truth is knowing and honoring life, death and rebirth as a cycle. She teaches us to do our service to humanity out of the happiness of the heart.

The power of needs: Living the truth shows us how we can act out reliability towards ourselves and others, as well as how we have to use our will to achieve our goals for the benefit of all.

The Weaver’s Power: Working with truth to break through self-limitations so that we can live out our creativity, dreams, gifts and visions in the material world.

The Power of New Paths: Walk your talk means taking on leadership roles and personal responsibility as we break new ground by example.

The power of celebration: Being thankful for the truth helps us to manifest more quickly and easily what we need and have planned for the fulfillment of our life plan.

The power of alchemical changes and rituals: Being the truth means becoming whole. We experience ourselves as our own vision on earth – honoring ourselves for our humanity; Practice self-approval and self-love so that we can genuinely love the earth, our fellow human beings, and all other living things.

Be the vision = crushin’ it! Experience all primal creative powers firmly integrated in you. You practice following the map of YOUR Creator Rays. So that you can be authentic, you will also define a project or vision that you want to manifest, implement or be in the new year. You will work out and name the tasks or the support of the individual Creator Rays for the realization of your plans.

Daily events to experience the 13 powers:

What is so wonderfully fulfilling about these seminar days is the continuity and consistency, which is beneficial! Nevertheless RICHness and innovativeness, how each power imagines itself individually and can be experienced by you and thus “own”!

We start each seminar day in the morning with:

Arrive and learn what the “day” power means – lecture by Lysa (mental and yet conveyed from the heart )

Experiencing the power over a special selected piece of music (emotional)

A “mini retreat” = time with yourself. Time for you! A silent time in which you look into yourself. Here you will be provided with a small “oven”, candle, also pampering gifts of the respective power – to explore them through individual work with yourself. (physically – ground!) Finally time just for you!

Guided meditation by Lysa to further explore the respective power of the 13 in you.

Delicious lunch break!

In the afternoon, so that you can confess your true power, find your way back to your respective talent, dreams and fire, we alternately use vision finding, meditation, contemporary exercises, body work, voice/sound work, handicrafts, dancing, nature and many more other surprising tools and methods. ALWAYS varied and individual.

When was the last time you tried something new! When was the last time you tried something completely unfamiliar?!

Based on what you experienced in the seminar, you will be able to ACT faster and more consciously in your personal everyday life using the 13 forces. After each seminar day (= power) you will remain open to your own gifts, messages and competent original solutions.

The 13 Powers

Fulfilling the Circle of Life means discovering your gifts, talents and abilities as the part of the Divine Feminine and the New Earth that you are.

You are one who honors and incorporates their own native feminine wisdom. You cultivate your gifts, talents and abilities (instead of hiding or denouncing them.) You nurture your own wholeness and holiness in a down to earth, grounded fashion. You apply these energies daily.

You are about balance, soul healing, self-nurturance (ego healing) and being a living part of society and our New Earth. This seminar series is not about “collected” wisdom. It is about recognizing which of the 13 qualities you already live and which are yours to better unfold, so that you are complete in yourself, in your most perfect balance.
